Mini Medics for Schools and Clubs

The workshop will show complete respect for the child’s ability, make it educational and practical, and instil the importance of helping someone who is poorly or injured. The workshop is kept at a basic level with no use of confusing terminologies.

Our Workshops

Choose from either our 1-hour or 3-hour Workshops with all of the basics your children need to save a life.

Our 1-hour workshop includes: Definition of First Aid, First Aid kits, Safety, Communication, Contacting the Emergency Services, DR ABC, CPR & the Recovery Position Our 3-hour workshop includes: Definition of First Aid, First Aid kits, Important things to know about First Aid, Safety, Communication, Contacting the Emergency Services, DR ABC, CPR Defibrillation, The Recovery Position, Chocking, Asthma Wounds and Bleeding & Shock.

Our workshops will be presented by our Mini Medics trainer Wayne who has over 10 years’ experience working in education and had gained a BA Hons in Education during this time. During our workshops we will require access to a monitor / projector/ smart board etc.

If you do not have any form of presentation equipment like this that is not a problem we can bring our own, simply let us know when booking.

Our Workshops can accommodate up to 16 children at any one time. If more than one course is booked at the same time to be run on the same day booking discounts can be applied.
